Who Pays For the BACtrack View Subscription?
Typically, the Tester (the person taking the tests pays) pays for the monthly subscription, but the Monitor can also be in charge of billing. It is also possible to transfer billing from one party to another. Only Accountability Partners are unable to be in charge of billing.
NOTE: Only one person on the account is required to pay for the service, not both.
