When will I be charged?

If you are a new customer and select one of our monthly subscription options, you will be charged 19 days from when you sign up. This allows for 3-5 business days shipping of the device and the 14 day free trial.

If you are a new customer and select one of our pre-paid subscription options, you will be charged 7 days from when you sign up to allow shipping time of the device, as well as 7 days to cancel before you are charged the nonrefundable subscription amount.

If you use a pre paid card to sign up for any subscription type, you will be charged upfront before we ship out the device and will not receive the free 14 day trial.

If you are a returning customer, you do not qualify for a free trial and will be charged upfront for the first month or pre paid amount, depending on the plan you selected.
