Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscription Refund Policy

All monthly BACtrack View subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. After 14 days, the chosen subscription plan is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. BACtrack View does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account.

Pre-Paid Subscription Refund Policy

All pre-paid BACtrack View subscription plans do not include a free trial, but they do include a 7-day period before you are charged. In order to cancel the account and not be charged, you must submit a cancellation form within 7 days of signing up for the service. If you do not cancel within those first 7 days, you are entering into a contract that automatically renews 3,6 or 12 months after you sign up. You are responsible for paying for the entire subscription. If you decide to cancel before the term of your subscription is up, you will not receive a refund for unused portions of the subscription but will still have access to your account until it expires.

NOTE: All subscriptions, both monthly and pre-paid plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. Your subscription plan may be canceled at any time, however, BACtrack View does not refund or prorate unused portions of a subscription. This means that if you cancel your subscription, it will no longer auto-renew, but you will retain access until the end of your subscription period.

Cancellation Policy

All subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription (both month-to-month and pre-paid plans). You may cancel your subscription by submitting a cancellation form here. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You must submit a cancellation form before the payment due date to avoid being charged. Sending an email, leaving a voicemail, returning the device, or uninstalling the BACtrack View App will not trigger a cancellation - you must submit a cancellation form to cancel your subscription.

Breathalyzer Return Policy

This policy outlines the options for the breathalyzer provided with your BACtrack View subscription if you choose to cancel your service.

Device Ownership

The breathalyzer is yours to keep, free of charge, after you have successfully completed three (3) full months on your paid subscription plan.

Options for Cancellations Before 3 Months

If you cancel your BACtrack View subscription before completing three full months, you have two options for the device:

Return the Device: Return the breathalyzer to BACtrack.
Purchase the Device: Purchase the device for a one-time charge of $99.99.

You will select your preferred option on the online cancellation form.

How to Return Your Device

Initiate Return: On the online cancellation form, select the option to "Return the Device."
Use Prepaid Label: Use the prepaid return shipping label included in your original shipment to send the device back. If the label is lost, contact customer support to have a new one issued.
Device Condition: The returned device must be in working condition. The original packaging is not required.
Return Window: The device must be shipped back within 30 days of your subscription cancellation date.

How to Purchase Your Device

Select Purchase Option: On the online cancellation form, select the "Purchase the Device" option.
Payment: The credit card on file for your account will be charged $99.99 immediately after the form is submitted.

Failure to Return

If you cancel before three months and the device is not shipped back within the 30-day return window, your credit card on file will be automatically charged $99.99.
