How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
All subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel you subscription (both month-to-month and pre-paid plans). You may cancel you subscription by submitting a cancelation form here. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account.
You must submit a cancelation form before the payment due date to avoid being charged. Sending an email, mailing your device back, or uninstalling the BACtrack View App will not trigger a cancelation - you must submit a cancelation form to cancel your subscription.
If you signed up for BACtrack View via Apple iTunes subscriptions, you also need to cancel your subscription from within your iTunes account. For more information, click here.
NOTE: BACtrack View does not refund or prorate unused portions of a subscription. This means that if you cancel your subscription, it will no longer auto-renew, but you will retain access until the end of your subscription period.
