What is a Monitor?
A Monitor is a Connection that has Admin rights over the Tester’s account. They set and manage the testing schedule, are able to view test results, and can optionally be in charge of the account billing. Depending on the plan level, a Tester can have multiple Monitors.
In their BACtrack View account, a Monitor can:
- Request On-Demand Tests
- Set and Manage Testing Schedules
- Receive SMS/Email Test Notifications*
- View Test Results
- Download Reports
- Pay for Billing
