How Do I Remove a Connection?
Removing a connection will disable the connection's ability from being able to log into the account or receive notifications.
Only a self tester, tester who is the billing party, or a monitor can remove a connection from the account.
To remove a connection please follow the steps below:
- Log into the BACtrack View App.
- Click the contacts icon at the bottom left.
- Click on the connection you want to remove.
- Click on Delete Contact at the bottom.
- A pop up will appear to confirm you want to delete this contact. Click Yes.
- Another pop up will appear letting you know the contact has been deleted. Click Ok.
- Your connection is now removed from your contact list.
