How Do I Remove a Connection?

Removing a connection will disable the connection's ability from being able to log into the account or receive notifications.

Only a self tester, tester who is the billing party, or a monitor can remove a connection from the account.

To remove a connection please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the BACtrack View App.

  1. Click the contacts icon at the bottom left.

  1. Click on the connection you want to remove.

  1. Click on Delete Contact at the bottom.

  1. A pop up will appear to confirm you want to delete this contact. Click Yes.

  1. Another pop up will appear letting you know the contact has been deleted. Click Ok.

  1. Your connection is now removed from your contact list.
