How Do I Upgrade or Downgrade My Subscription Plan?

1. Log into the BACtrack View Web Portal here: BACtrack View Web Portal

2. Click the drop down next to your initials at the top right corner. Then click Settings.

   

3. Click Subscription on the left side menu and you will be able to see your current subscription along with details about limits, how many tests taken for that billing period, and more. 

4. To change the plan you are on, please click the Change Subscription button.

5. Click the drop down under the plan you wish to be on moving forward. Please note that you can only change to another monthly plan through the web portal.

6. Once you click Select Plan, you will see a confirmation on the next page along with the new plan you chose.
