How to Cancel Your BACtrack View App Store Subscription

This article provides instructions on how to cancel a subscription that was purchased through your device's app store.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing or trial period. For more details, please review our cancellation policy here.

Instructions for Android Users

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Payments & subscriptions from the menu.
4. Tap the Subscriptions tab to view your active subscriptions.
5. Find the subscription you wish to cancel and tap on it.
6. Tap the Cancel subscription button.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. This may include providing a reason for cancellation and confirming your choice.

Instructions for iOS Users

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find the subscription you wish to cancel from the list.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial).
6. Confirm the cancellation to complete the process.
