When Is a Test Considered Missed?

Once a Tester has received a notification that it's time to take a test, they have 35 minutes to complete the test before it's considered "missed." 

They will receive three additional text message reminders at ten minute intervals to take the test. If they do not complete their test in the 35 minute window, their test will be considered missed. 

Even if the test is completed one minute late, it will still be marked as missed. This includes the time it takes to upload the test so please allow enough time to take the test and for it to upload to the system. 

Only tests taken within the 35 minute testing window will fulfill the scheduled test requirement. Any tests taken after the testing window will be recorded, but it will not replace the "missed" record.
