Why am I receiving a "Face Not Found" message?

With our security feature FACEdetect™ , when the tester is taking their BACtrack View test, their face must be within the provided circle on the screen at all times.

If the tester is not facing forward or a face is not detected within that circle, they will receive a message on the screen stating: Error. Face Not Found.

They must click Okay and put their face into the frame of the circle on the screen to continue to take a test.
