Why am I receiving a "Multiple Devices Nearby" message?

With our security feature SOLOguard™, a scan for other Bluetooth breathalyzers nearby is completed automatically.

The tester should only have the one device provided with BACtrack View on during the time of the test.

If another device is detected, the tester will receive the message in the image below. Please make sure no other devices are turned on and click okay to restart the test.
