Is BACtrack View Court Approved?

Yes, BACtrack View is court approved and is currently being used in 100's of court systems across the country. We do not have an exhaustive list of every county that has used our services, but if a specific feature is required in your case, please reach out to our support team at support@bactrack.com and one of our representatives will be happy to help.

Each case is different, and in most cases the judge will specify what type of testing is required. Some judges will only accept specific testing providers so you will need to check with your attorney/judge.
